Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Greensboro, NC seeks a dedicated RBT to implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision and support children with developmental disabilities. You will collect data, contribute to assessments, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

You will collaborate with families and educators to promote social, communication, and daily living skills while participating in ongoing professional development. This is a full-time, in-person role with PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavioral health principles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, educators and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills.
