Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Raleigh, NC to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support progress toward goals in various settings.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, collaborating with families and professionals, and ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral health and special education.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
