Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians for full-time roles in Sewell, NJ. Paid training and a clear path toward RBT certification are provided, with support through the ABA Academy of Excellence and supervision by BCBA professionals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 6+ months experience, and be available afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays. Starting pay ranges from $19.35–$21.40 per hour depending on role and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
