Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on goals and work under supervision to implement behavior plans, ensuring progress and consistency across sessions.

We welcome applicants with an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (with psychology/education coursework a plus), reliable transportation, and availability for after-school hours or weekends. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
