Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy after school hours in New Jersey. The role requires a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.

You will work with a child diagnosed with autism and collaborate with a supervising BCBA. The position offers a flexible schedule, a competitive hourly wage of $25.00–$33.00, and potential travel compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

Requirements:

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15-30 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
