Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to work with a client diagnosed with autism in-home after school hours. You will deliver ABA therapy with families in a home setting and will undergo a comprehensive training and onboarding process.

You will track data, maintain session notes, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA and team. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly rates, and potential travel compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (psychology, special education, or social work).
• Experience working with young children preferred.

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA

Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork

Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements: Behavior Technician (BT)

High School Diploma (required)

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)

Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00-33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
