Job summary

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home therapy after school hours. A comprehensive training and onboarding process will enable you to feel comfortable in conducting therapy sessions.

We offer a flexible schedule, competitive rates, and potential travel compensation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• BT/RBT certification or eligibility required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, special education, or social work.
• Experience with young children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection for session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal notes and required paperwork for each therapy session.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and team members.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week with possible adjustments
