Job summary

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Willingness to travel 100% is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in home for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection for sessions and programs.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes and required paperwork.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team members.

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive rates, and potential travel compensation.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
