Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child with autism in New Jersey after school hours. Training will be provided, and a flexible schedule is available to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities include data collection, notes, and collaboration with the supervising BCBA and team. Travel compensation is possible, and a positive work culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• In-home ABA therapy experience is a plus.

Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In Home After-School Hours

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

Requirements

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
