Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy after school hours for a client with autism in Cliffwood, NJ.

You will conduct therapy sessions, track session data, and maintain anecdotal notes under supervision by a BCBA. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, travel compensation, and a supportive team focused on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BT or RBT eligibility confirmed.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Must be able to commute to Cliffwood, NJ and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home for children with autism.

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

• Ability to Commute: Cliffwood, NJ (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
