Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for preschool-aged children after school hours. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive training program.

You will collect data, maintain notes, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA and team while traveling to families' homes as needed, emphasizing work-life balance and potential travel compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Applied behavior analysis: 2 years required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work preferred.

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism




• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA




• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork




• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)




• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)




• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
