Job summary

Step Up Family Services is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families under BCBA supervision. Services may be delivered in home, community, or center settings depending on the case.

The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to support client goals and progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related college education preferred.
• Previous ABA experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services under the BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs per treatment plans.
• Collect and document client data and progress using required systems.
• Monitor client responses and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with clients, families, BCBAs, and clinical team while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for assigned cases and address scheduling concerns.
