Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Wyomissing, PA to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. You will perform 1-on-1 direct care in clinics, homes, or the community, teaching daily living and social skills under a BCBA's guidance.

Work includes data collection, collaboration with a team, and opportunities for career advancement through HHF Fellowship and RBT Rise programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
