Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the United States is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves 1-on-1 direct care in clinics, homes, or community settings.

You will implement sessions under a BCBA's guidance, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a supportive team. HHF offers paid RBT training, benefits, and growth opportunities through fellowships and development programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further human services studies preferred.
• Comfort working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
• Reliable transportation to visit clinics or clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods and positive reinforcement.
• Execute therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
