Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Maryland is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for young children. You will implement clinician-designed plans, monitor progress with families, and participate in ongoing training to advance ABA practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BACB attestation for RBT certification.
• Preference for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• RBT certification must be achieved within the first 6 weeks; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in the clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT standards.
