Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children in home and community settings in Philadelphia. We offer full training, including a 40-hour RBT course at no cost, and clear growth pathways toward BCBA certification.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions, implement behavior plans for ages 2–21, collect data in EMR, and collaborate closely with a BCBA and clinical team. A high school diploma or college degree and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• One year experience as ABA therapist or one year working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home/community.
• Implement behavior intervention plans for ages 2–21.
• Collect behavior and skill data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and clinical team.
• Maintain open communication with families and team.
