My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We offer full training for newcomers and room to grow, including RBT certification support at no cost.

Competitive pay based on ABA experience and RBT certification, plus benefits and PTO for full-time staff. We provide 40-hour RBT training, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment focused on helping children with autism achieve their goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year ABA therapy experience or one year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude, patience, and strong communication.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license for commuting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching, using reinforcement methods.
• Collect and enter behavior and skill data into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and participate in team meetings and training.
• Maintain open communication with families and clinical staff to support clients’ needs.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at least 5% of services provided.
• Adhere to BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
