Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings across Philadelphia areas. We provide full training for those new to the field and support for RBT certification.

Qualifications

• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client
• Education: high school diploma or college degree required
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required
• Dependability and reliability are essential for success
• Knowledge of autism and related behavioral interventions is preferred
• Integrity and professionalism are essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for home visits

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in homes or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children 2–21
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and reinforcement methods per treatment plan
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions and enter into EMR daily
• Collaborate with clinical team in meetings and ongoing training
• Work with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures
• Maintain open communication with families and supervisors for client needs
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services
• Maintain professional boundaries and BACB Ethical Compliance
• Resolve conflicts and adapt to challenging situations smoothly
• Proactively communicate with supervisor for feedback and guidance
