My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high quality ABA Therapy to children in the home and community setting. We offer full training, room for growth, and a supportive team environment.

Training includes ongoing supervision and opportunities to work toward BCBA paths. Competitive pay based on ABA experience and RBT certification, with medical/vision/dental benefits, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training is required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for the individual's success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.

• Background Check: Willing to have background check completed.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in the home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize a variety of skill building and reinforcement methods in line with the treatment plan during sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions for all programs targeted and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA, other RBT team members, clinical directors, and families to support the clients’ needs
• Receive Supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around all clients and families.
• Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs
• Able to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations smoothly.
• Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance.
