My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. Full training is provided, including the RBT 40-hour course at no cost. We support growth toward RBT certification and BCBA pathways, with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits.

We value dependability, integrity, and strong English communication. A background check will be completed, and driving to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree is required.
• RBT 40-hour training is required before working with a client.
• One year experience as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity and professionalism are required.
• Positive attitude, patience, and good communication in English.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and reinforcement methods.
• Collect behavior and skill data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with BCBA and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
• Work with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
• Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and clinical staff.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at least 5% of services.
• Maintain professional boundaries and BACB ethics for RBTs.
• Resolve conflicts and respond to challenging situations smoothly.
• Proactively seek feedback and guidance from supervisors.
