My Team ABA seeks Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We offer RBT 40-hour training at no cost and support toward certification.

Full-time roles with training, growth, and collaboration with a BCBA. Benefits include medical/vision/dental, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO, plus flexible schedules and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with clients.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity and professionalism are essential.
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication are needed.
• Background check will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and clinical team for supervision and strategy.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and families.
• Communicate with BCBA, team members, and families to support clients' needs.
