Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs.

• Provide consistent, supportive feedback to clients and families.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy delivery.
