Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinic settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans as needed.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to support progress.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing ABA training.
