AchieveBetter ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, primarily in clients' homes. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and clear growth paths within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans.
• Provide supportive feedback to clients and families.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing ABA training.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards.
