Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focused on skill development, behavior modification, and client growth
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior to support ongoing assessment and treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs
• Provide consistent, supportive feedback to clients and families to maintain a positive, productive environment
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with ABA best practices
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at AchieveBetter ABA, you'll implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), working directly with clients in home settings.
