Job summary

Autism Health Services in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking energetic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and build essential skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, session documentation, and collaboration with families and the clinical team to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions and accept coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with each client's treatment plan.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Implement behavior-support strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data during sessions and document sessions timely.
• Collaborate with BCBA, other technicians, families, and clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients.
