Autism Health Services in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking energetic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and young people with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We welcome motivated candidates who are interested in learning ABA and working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
$24.00–$27.00 per hour with active RBT certification
Starting pay is based on relevant experience, education, ABA experience, and active RBT certification.
Experienced BTs and currently certified RBTs may qualify for higher starting rates within the range.
Part-time opportunities may be available.
Monday–Friday availability is strongly preferred.
Candidates with afternoon availability are encouraged to apply.
