Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role offers compassionate teamwork, supervision, and mentorship to grow your ABA career within a supportive clinical model.

We provide BCBA supervision, ongoing training, fellowship and mentoring programs, and opportunities for professional development while helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and compassion.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
