Job summary

Autism Health Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our Worcester team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, helping build communication and daily living skills in a compassionate setting.

We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and support toward RBT certification, with flexible part‑time or full‑time scheduling and a competitive pay rate based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working actively with children.
• Able to follow clinical instructions and accept coaching and feedback.
• Experience with children or autism is preferred but not required.
• Active RBT certification highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with each client's treatment plan.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Implement behavior‑support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data during sessions.
• Complete timely and accurate session documentation.
• Participate in social skills and other clinical programming.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow technicians, families, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, professional, and engaging environment for clients.
