Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. This role is hands-on and focuses on implementing ABA therapy programs under supervision.

You will collect data, support skill-building, and follow behavior intervention protocols. Strong communication with a supervising clinical team is essential for progress updates and client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Must be well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce disruptive behaviors in daily life.
• Communicate session progress to the clinical team.
