Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. You will implement ABA therapy programs and support progress under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes data collection, adherence to behavior intervention plans, and collaboration with a clinical team to communicate progress and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be well-organized, flexible and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
