Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings after school. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and help support meaningful progress.

You will collect data, follow behavior plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, effective care and ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to client homes, schools, or clinics.
• Willingness to complete training requirements for RBT role.
• Interest in behavioral health and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
