Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and help progress toward meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include data collection, following behavior intervention protocols, and collaborating with the clinical team. Required: High school diploma and RBT certification, plus reliable transportation and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Well-organized and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Communicate session progress with the clinical team.
