Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision, collect session data, follow behavior intervention protocols, and support skill-building while reducing challenging behaviors.

This hands-on role offers supervision, flexibility, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
