Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based strategies under BCBA supervision. You will collect data and support progress toward goals in a caring, patient-focused environment.

This in-person role emphasizes accurate documentation, HIPAA-compliant records, and collaboration with families, educators, and professionals to ensure holistic care and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records management.
• Strong patient care principles.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and team members.
• Commitment to HIPAA confidentiality.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Assist in assessments and intake processes to gather information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, educators and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training and professional development.
