Job summary

Peak Era ABA Wellness LLC, a Finni Health company, is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) in Salt Lake City, UT. This in-person role supports children and families under a BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings with a flexible 30-40 hour schedule.

Ideal candidates hold or work toward RBT certification, possess strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate, patient approach, and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB preferred.
• Experience with children, preferably in ABA or related fields.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.
• A compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document accurate data on client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
