Peak Era ABA Wellness LLC, a Finni Health company, is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) in Salt Lake City, UT. This in-person role supports children and families under a BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings with a flexible 30-40 hour schedule.

Ideal candidates hold or work toward RBT certification, possess strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate, patient approach, and can pass background checks.

About the Role

Peak Era ABA (https://peakeraaba.com/) is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. We have current openings in Salt Lake City, UT. The position offers 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.

RBTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.
