Job summary

Peak Era ABA Wellness LLC, a Finni Health company, seeks passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a growth-focused ABA practice in Salt Lake City, UT. You will work 1:1 with children, under a supervising BCBA, delivering high-quality therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

This full-time in-person role offers 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, plus competitive pay of $20–$24 per hour and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB is preferred.
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.
• A compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document accurate data on client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
