Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team providing one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, write session notes, and collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote client progress and meaningful outcomes. RBT certification required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
