Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Utah. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, implement treatment plans, and collect data under supervision. Strong communication with families and team is essential.

Qualifications

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
RBT Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Data collection and session note submission.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
