Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Utah seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, implement individualized plans, and record data under supervision.

The role requires RBT certification, experience with children on the autism spectrum, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel up to 25% to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute; be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
