Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time work in Utah. The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

A strong clinical focus and collaborative teamwork are emphasized to support client progress. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
