Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA’s guidance.

You’ll use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and engagement in activities. Training is provided to build competency and confidence in supporting young learners.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Wulf tolerance to various activities and positions (standing, walking, bending, lifting).
• Onboarding includes CPR/First Aid and TB tests; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized plans.
• Follow guidance from a BCBA to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques and participate in ongoing training.
