Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on autism support plans under a BCBA. You will implement behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while ensuring safety and teamwork.

No prior experience required; thorough training is provided. You must be patient and ready to obtain CPR/First Aid and RBT certification after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Interested in helping children with autism and working in a team.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Onboarding leads to RBT certification after joining.

Responsibilities
