Job summary

Centria Autism in Pasadena, CA seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. Qualifications

• Candidate must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and pass a TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain RBT certification after onboarding.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist with moving and handling children up to 50 pounds as needed.
