Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• RBT certification obtained after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and achieving goals.
