Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role offers a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test if not current.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in training.
