Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized interventions and teaching communication, social and daily living skills.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors.
