Little Champs ABA is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Colorado. RBTs will provide high-quality ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities, helping individuals build essential life skills and communication.

You will be supported by supervisors and given opportunities for mentorship toward BCBA certification. We offer competitive wages, benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to engage and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills (communication, daily living, social skills).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes for BCBAs.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
