Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in our Fort Wayne clinic. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and document progress daily.

Competenze

• Must have or be willing to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear communication and reliability essential.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults following BCBA-developed plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
